This application is distributed under the license: CC-BY-NC-ND Creative Commons. The GraFon app aims to help you understand the relationship between letters and sounds in French. As you know, in French, sometimes a letter transcribes a sound, but sometimes none; sometimes, a group of letters can transcribe a sound, although in others, they can be several. The goal is to lead you to observe these correspondences. In the world of GraFon there are four doors. By crossing the threshold of each one of them, you will be able to observe different forms of relationship between letters and sounds: from what sound each letter transcribes and how the sounds are symbolized, going through how these letters are related to others and what sounds are generated within a word, to what happens when one word is joined to another.Inside each door you will also find games to practice, although all of them are always available at the door called "Have fun!" You can visit the gates in any order you want, there is no set route. Scroll freely. Go up and down the screen, play comes and goes between doors. All the trips you make will take you on the path of learning French.By the way, when you compare the sounds that this application offers with those you hear in real life, you will notice that sometimes there are differences, which, of course, GraFon does not intend to regulate. Remember that the variations in the pronunciation of any language can be individual, social, geographical, temporary and even emotional, and that none of them is more or less correct than the others. Consider this app just a starting point, a tool on your learning path.Enjoy your walk through GraFon.Have a good trip!More in …. https://ced.enallt.unam.mx/grafon/
